MeatClub is a monthly subscription service for the very finest, hand picked British charcuterie delivered direct to your door. This buys you a 3 month subscription. The bags will contain a range of our products, recipes and guidance on how to best enjoy it. Once purchased, you are a member of Meat Club but you will not be charged for any more meat unless you ask to be. This means, once your subscription is up, we will email you each month to see if you’d like more meat. You say ‘yay’ or ‘nay’ and we leave you in peace. Job done.
April’s bag, to be sent out on 30 April, will encourage the recent sunny weather to continue by exploring the use of HEAT in the crafting of charcuterie. Look out for some Fiery Nduja from Moons Green, the celebrated venison and long pepper salami from Native Breeds and the beautifully smoked Suffolk chorizo from our old friends, Ian & Sue. Also included will be something to act as a counterpoint to the spice, to highlight just how damn clever our amazing producers are when playing with fire.
